The prospects for dark (troubles) tourism in Belfast, NI

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to investigate the prospects Belfast as a Tourism City with special focus on dark (troubles) tourism. Design/methodology/approach This uses two surveys – one for overseas-based potential tourists and Northern Ireland residents; group tourists; three interviews, MP tour-guide operators, from each side divide. less theoretical than exploratory.
